- • 1 egg
- • 1 lemon
- • 1 mincemeat
- • 125 g caster sugar
- • 2 satsumas
- • 260 g unsalted butter
- • 375 g plain flour
- • icing sugar (for dusting)

Tip out onto a lightly floured surface and fold until the pastry comes together, be careful not to over mix.

Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7.

Roll out the pastry to 3mm thick.
