Grans Rolls
🥘 Ingredients
- • 1 sachet yeast
- • 1 tsp salt
- • 1.25 cups milk
- • 150 ml boiling water
- • 567 g white bread flour
- • 64 g margarine

Rub the margarine into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.🥘 64 g margarine

Mix the yeast in the milk and pour into the well.🥘 1 sachet yeast

Mix in the boiling water and milk until fully combined.🥘 150 ml boiling water 🥘 1.25 cups milk

When it has turned into dough put on a board and knead for 5 mins until stretchy.⏱️ 5 mins

Put in floured bowl cover with warm damp cloth and leave to rise until it doubles in size.
