Gluten free choc chip cookies

🥘 Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp xantham gum
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g sugar
  • 175 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 75 g chocolate chips
  • salt (pinch)

    Preheat oven to 160c fan.

    Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy.

    Beat in egg and vanilla extract.

    Add to bowl gluten free self raising flour cocoa baking powder xantham gum salt and chocolate chips.

    Stir to make a soft dough.

    Divide dough into small balls and place on baking trays.
