Broccoli And Goats Cheese Crustless Quiche

- • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- • 1.5 tsp olive oil
- • 100 g broccoli
- • 20 g goat's cheese
- • 3 medium eggs
- • 4 spring onions
- • 60 g peas
- • green salad

Preheat the oven to 180oC.

Tip them into a bowl with the broccoli and peas and toss to combine.

Arrange the vegetables in the bottom of an 18-20cm tart tin lined with greaseproof paper (or a small non-stick ovenproof frying pan).
