Apple, Sage & Breadcrumb Stuffing Balls

  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp dried sage
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • 200 g gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

    Mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, apple(grated), dried sage, salt and ground black pepper.

    Add butter(melted) and egg; mix to a firm but moist texture.

    Roll into balls and bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
